The Cheque Books are an integral part to the Silent Auction. They 'advertise' each lot at table level and drive bidding interest. We photograph, design, write and print the cheque books in-house (we have one of the largest creative studios in Surrey) integrating the event's branding if one already exists, or of course creating one if it does not. Beyond the Cheque Books themselves, we are often asked to produce all the design collateral and more for events – from invitations and programmes to animations and videos.
We use a central database server to store all the bids, a dedicated bespoke software application to collate and present the bids, via plasma screens or projectors. We supply all the hardware you will require, or are of course happy to work with your chosen Production Company to leverage the AV equipment you may already have in place for the event.
Our Silent Auction software is a robust and proven technology based on Microsoft's latest programming platform. The display screens viewed by the audience can be completely tailored to your events branding and number of lots – furthermore, special features, such as countdown timers, highest bidding tables and running totals, can be easily integrated. Finally, inputting bids could not be simpler – it takes no more than five minutes to train a volunteer (or we can supply staff if required). The system also keeps a log of all bids and produces printed reports on the auction's close to aid the collection of monies form bidders and to confirm total funds raised.
